01 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings set out below, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:

02 Eligibility

2.3 Single Account

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the 333vb Platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using aliases, family members' identities, or third-party credentials — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

2.4 Capacity

By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and that you are not acting on behalf of, or depositing funds owned by, any third party.

03 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access real-money Services on 333vb, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

3.2 Verification

333vb reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify your identity, age, address, or source of funds. Acceptable documents may include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, driving licence, or utility bill. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by 333vb support may result in Account suspension or closure.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You agree to notify 333vb support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account. 333vb will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of your Account where you have failed to notify us without undue delay.

3.4 Accuracy of Information

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 333vb reserves the right to close accounts and withhold funds where fraudulent information has been provided.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

333vb currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected bank transfers including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Accepted methods are subject to change and the current list is displayed at the time of Transaction within your Account dashboard.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of withdrawal. 333vb reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time, with or without prior notice.

4.3 Own Funds Requirement

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. You may not deposit funds on behalf of another person, and no third party may deposit funds into your Account. Violation of this rule will result in Account suspension and reversal of affected Transactions.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically processed within 10 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or where additional verification is required.

4.5 Currency

All Transactions on the 333vb Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). 333vb is not responsible for any currency conversion fees applied by your payment provider.

4.6 Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your payment provider in respect of a valid deposit to your 333vb Account constitutes fraudulent conduct. 333vb reserves the right to suspend your Account, recover disputed funds through all available legal means, and report the matter to relevant authorities.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Offer Terms

All bonus offers, free bets, cashback promotions, and tournament prizes made available on the 333vb Platform are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the promotion's terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements, which must be satisfied before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limits are specified in each promotion's terms. Placing bets exclusively on games with low contribution rates or employing hedging strategies to circumvent wagering requirements may result in bonus forfeiture.

5.3 One Bonus at a Time

Unless expressly stated otherwise, only one bonus offer may be active in your Account at any given time. Players may not stack bonuses or claim the same promotional offer more than once per household, device, or payment method.

5.4 Abuse and Exploitation

333vb reserves the right to withhold or reverse bonus credits and associated winnings where promotional abuse is suspected. This includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim an offer multiple times, using automated software to exploit bonus mechanics, or coordinating bonus exploitation with other players.

5.5 Withdrawal of Offers

333vb may withdraw, modify, or suspend any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Active Bonus Funds not yet meeting wagering requirements at the time of withdrawal will be removed from the affected Account.

06 Gameplay Rules

6.1 Game Rules

Individual game rules are displayed within each game interface. You are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing a wager. 333vb is not liable for losses arising from a Player's misunderstanding of game rules or mechanics.

6.2 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction, communication failure, or software error that affects the outcome of a game round or bet, 333vb reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players. Winnings generated as a direct result of a known technical error are not payable.

6.3 Sports Betting Markets

Odds are subject to change up to the point at which a bet is confirmed. For live (in-play) markets, 333vb reserves the right to suspend or void markets where match integrity concerns arise or where data feed errors are detected. All sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result from the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for international cricket, BCB for BPL fixtures).

6.4 Cancellation of Bets

Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player except where an in-play cash-out feature is explicitly offered and available for that market. 333vb reserves the right to void bets placed after an event's outcome is known, whether or not that outcome has been officially confirmed.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 333vb Platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and where appropriate, legal action:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the Platform without human input.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to exploit game mechanics, bonus structures, or betting markets.
• Any attempt to manipulate, interfere with, or reverse-engineer the Platform's software, security systems, or random number generators.
• Registering more than one Account, or registering under a false identity or the identity of another person.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal or fraudulent means, or using the Platform to launder money.
• Sharing Account credentials or allowing a third party to operate your Account on your behalf.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or pricing mistakes to generate unearned winnings.
• Using the Platform while subject to a self-exclusion agreement.
• Posting or transmitting harmful, abusive, defamatory, or unlawful content through any Platform communication channel.

08 Responsible Gaming

09 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of 333vb. Unauthorised use of Platform content constitutes infringement of 333vb's intellectual property rights and may expose you to civil or criminal liability.

10 Limitation of Liability

10.1 Platform Availability

333vb endeavours to maintain continuous availability of the Platform but does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, and circumstances beyond 333vb's reasonable control (including force majeure events) may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific Services.

10.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 333vb shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if 333vb has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10.3 Cap on Liability

In any event, 333vb's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 Third-Party Services

333vb is not responsible for the availability, reliability, or content of third-party payment providers, game studios, or other external services integrated into the Platform. Any disputes with third-party providers must be addressed directly with those providers.

11 Suspension and Termination

11.1 Suspension by 333vb

333vb reserves the right to suspend or restrict your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is a reasonable suspicion of prohibited conduct, fraud, breach of these Terms, or where required for regulatory compliance or security purposes. During a suspension, access to Account funds may be temporarily withheld pending investigation.

11.2 Termination by 333vb

333vb reserves the right to permanently close your Account where a material breach of these Terms is established, where verification requirements are not met, or where continued operation of the Account presents a regulatory or reputational risk. On closure, any verified real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding investigation.

11.3 Voluntary Closure

You may close your Account at any time by contacting 333vb support. Prior to closure, all pending bets will be settled in the normal course. Verified real-money Balance will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe following Account closure, subject to any outstanding verification requirements.

12 Amendments to These Terms

333vb reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Players via the email address or mobile number on record at least 7 days prior to the effective date of the change, except where an immediate amendment is required by law or for urgent security reasons.

Your continued use of the Platform following notification of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with a proposed amendment, you are entitled to close your Account prior to the effective date of the change without penalty.

13 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 333vb operates. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer under applicable mandatory local law.
